Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular repeat medication then the right hand side of your prescription will act as your repeat prescription order form. You should complete the prescription form as required and either post it to us or place it in the repeat prescription box in the practice reception area.

You can also order repeat prescriptions via the internet. You will need to register for this service at the practice. Please speak to a receptionist for further information.

Whichever method you choose, your prescription will be processed by the surgery in three working days later. It will be ready for collection at the pharmacy on the fourth day after ordering.

Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be accepted unless you are housebound or have had prior approval via a partner.

Once a year you will need to see a doctor or pharmacist to review the medication you have on repeat prescription. This review date is printed on each prescription for your information.

Book Appointments and Order Prescriptions Online

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

You can book and cancel your appointments and request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required. Please complete an application form available from reception.

If you already have your password visit the Systm Online website where you can book, view and cancel appointments online and request repeat medication.
