We are happy to discuss any issues with patient’s advocates, provided we have the appropriate consent to do so.
The practice has an in-house complaints procedure in line with NHS regulations. A member of staff will be able to give you a leaflet explaining the system on request.

If a complainant is unhappy with the practice’s response they can contact the Health Service Commissioner, known as The Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033.
