Carers play an important and fundamental role in the lives of those whom they care for. A Carer is any individual who provides care and support to a family member or friend who has a disability, mental illness, drug and/or alcohol dependency, chronic condition, terminal illness or who is frail.

Grafton Road Surgery can support those who care for others in different ways. We have information available at the Surgery and work with local agencies who can give advice and guidance in relation to services that are available to carers.
