We understand your frustration regarding appointments and not always being offered an appointment when you want one. However, please do not write to the partners requesting information/advice on your condition. We have triage system so that the advice given is safe and if the doctor feels it necessary for a face to face appointment, they will arrange one.

We are happy to receive written requests for prescriptions and sick notes.
